1. About STITCHR

STITCHR ("we", "us", "STITCHR") is a personal fashion curation service operated by Daksh Dahiya and Garvit Choudhary, two individuals based in Saket, New Delhi, India.

STITCHR is currently an unregistered business venture. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Daksh Dahiya and Garvit Choudhary, operating under the name STITCHR, under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

STITCHR is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017. All prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from STITCHR.

3. The STITCHR Service

STITCHR is a personal styling and fashion curation service, not a conventional clothing store. When you purchase a Drop, you are engaging our styling service. We curate a personalised outfit based on your Style Quiz, show you a Fit Preview before sourcing anything, and only proceed to source and deliver your items after you approve the Fit Preview.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in INR. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable. There are no hidden charges. Shipping is free across India on all drops.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your payment details.

5. The Style Quiz

After purchasing a Drop, you are required to complete a Style Quiz. The Style Quiz collects your measurements, style preferences, colour preferences, and styling goals. This information is used solely to curate your personalised Fit Preview. The accuracy of your Fit Preview depends on the accuracy and detail of your Style Quiz responses.

6. The Fit Preview

Within 1 to 2 hours of completing your Style Quiz, we will send you a Fit Preview, a curated moodboard of the exact items we propose to source for you, along with stylist notes.

You have two options upon receiving your Fit Preview:

• Approve: You agree to the fit as presented. We will proceed to source, package, and ship your items.
• Request Changes: You provide feedback and we revise the fit before you approve.

No items will be sourced until you provide explicit approval.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order, provided your Fit Preview has not yet been delivered to you.

Cancellation is not possible once your Fit Preview has been delivered, as we are actively working on your curation at that stage.

Cancellation is absolutely not possible once you have approved your Fit Preview. Upon approval, we immediately begin sourcing your specific items from third party retailers. We do not charge any cancellation fee for eligible cancellations.

To request a cancellation within the permitted window, email STITCHR@stitchritis.in with your order number.

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Defective or damaged items: If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or materially different from what was presented in your approved Fit Preview, you must report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery. To process your refund, you will need to send the defective or damaged item(s) back to us. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
• STITCHR is unable to fulfil your drop: If for any reason we are unable to source and deliver your approved items, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. No return is required in this case, since no items were shipped.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after delivery. You approved every item in your Fit Preview before we sourced it.
• Dissatisfaction arising from inaccurate information provided in your Style Quiz.

We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees. Once a returned item is received and verified by us, refunds are processed within 14 days. You retain all rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed but are considered on a case by case basis. If you believe there is a significant sizing discrepancy inconsistent with the measurements you provided, or if there is a genuine defect with an item, contact us at STITCHR@stitchritis.in within 3 days of delivery. We will assess and respond.

10. Delivery and Shipping

We ship free of charge to all major cities and most pincodes across India. Delivery is estimated at 5 to 6 business days from the date of Fit Preview approval, subject to item availability and courier timelines.

Delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural events, courier disruptions, or public holidays, do not constitute a breach of these Terms. We will assist you in resolving any such delays.

11. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and preferences in your Style Quiz. STITCHR will not be liable for fits that do not meet your expectations if they are consistent with the approved Fit Preview and the information you provided.

You must be available to receive your delivery at the address provided.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on stitchr.in, including branding, design, photography, copy, and the STITCHR name, is owned by or licensed to STITCHR. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, STITCHR's liability to you is limited to the value of your Drop order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable Indian law.

14. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated Grievance Officers to address any complaints, concerns, or disputes:

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of STITCHR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission nearest to you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email where possible. Continued use of STITCHR after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current Terms are always available at this page.
