STITCHR is India's first personalized fashion curation service. We are not a clothing store. We are a personal styling service. You tell us your style, measurements, and goals. We curate a complete outfit for you. You approve it. We source it and ship it to your door across India.

STITCHR was co-founded by Daksh Dahiya (19) and Garvit Choudhary (18), two brothers from New Delhi. They started STITCHR because they noticed that their generation loves fashion but often lacks the time or knowledge to put a great fit together. Read our full story.

We specialise in streetwear-influenced, casual everyday fits for men. Think clean, wearable outfits that are current without being over the top. We build around your personal style, whatever that looks like for you.

1. Choose a Drop and complete your purchase.
2. Fill out your Style Quiz. Measurements, preferences, colour palette, goals. Takes about 5 minutes.
3. Receive your Fit Preview within 1 to 2 hours. A complete curated outfit built specifically for you.
4. Approve the fit, or request changes.
5. We source the items, package them in STITCHR packaging, and ship to your door.

A Drop is our version of a purchase. When you buy a Drop, you are engaging our styling service at that budget level. We have three drops: Starter (₹4,000), Essential (₹7,000), and Core (₹10,000). Each comes with a different number of curated pieces.

The Style Quiz is how we get to know you. You will share your measurements (height, weight, sizes), style preferences, colour palette, and what you are looking for. The more detail you give us, the better your fit will be. You must complete the Style Quiz to receive your Fit Preview.

The Fit Preview is a curated moodboard of the exact items we plan to source for you. You will see every piece along with our stylist's notes. You can approve it or request changes. Nothing gets sourced until you say yes. You will receive your Fit Preview within 1 to 2 hours of completing your Style Quiz.

Yes. If something doesn't feel right, whether it's a colour, a piece, or the overall direction, let us know when you receive the preview and we will revise it. We want you to be genuinely excited before we source anything.

We will always do our best to source from the brands you tell us you love, within your drop's budget. That said, we cannot promise specific brands every time. Stock, pricing, and fit can vary, so our priority is making sure your overall outfit is right for you, even if a particular brand isn't available.

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, provided your Fit Preview has not yet been sent. Once your Fit Preview is delivered, we are actively working on your curation and cancellation is not possible. Once you approve your Fit Preview, cancellation is absolutely not possible, since at that point we immediately begin sourcing your specific items. To cancel within the window, email STITCHR@stitchritis.in.

We offer refunds in these situations:

Defective or damaged items: Report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery. To process your refund, you will need to send the defective or damaged item back to us. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Items significantly different from your approved Fit Preview: Report within 3 days of delivery. The same return process applies.

STITCHR cannot fulfil your drop: Full refund within 14 days, no return required.

We do not charge any cancellation fees. Once a returned item is received and verified, refunds are processed within 14 days.

No. Every drop is personally curated and sourced specifically for you, based on your Style Quiz responses. You approved every item in the Fit Preview before we sourced anything. Change of mind refunds after delivery are not available.

Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If there is a significant sizing issue inconsistent with what you provided in your Style Quiz, or if something is genuinely wrong with an item, email us at STITCHR@stitchritis.in and we will find a solution.

Yes. We ship free to all major cities and most pincodes across India. Shipping is free on all drops.

After you approve your Fit Preview, we source and package your items. Delivery typically takes 6 to 7 business days from the date of approval, depending on your location and item availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also find your order status through the confirmation email from Shopify.
