1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all major cities and most pincodes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every Drop, with no minimum order value.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery begins only after you approve your Fit Preview. Once approved, we source your items, package them in STITCHR branded packaging, and ship them to your address.

Delivery typically takes 5 to 6 business days from the date of your Fit Preview approval, depending on your location and the availability of specific items.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also check your order status through the order confirmation email sent by Shopify.

5. Delays Outside Our Control

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural events, courier disruptions, or public holidays, do not constitute a breach of our terms. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any such delays.

6. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. You must be available to receive your delivery at the address provided. STITCHR is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
